Draft operating terms — have these reviewed by a UK solicitor before accepting public entries.
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding CainzComps employees, contractors and their immediate families.
2. How to enter
Entrants must answer the stated skill question correctly and complete the displayed paid online entry route. Customers may select from 1 to 500 tickets in one checkout, subject to availability and the displayed order limit.
3. Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Square. An entry is valid only after payment has been confirmed and the ticket number has been allocated.
4. Ticket allocation
Each valid paid ticket receives a unique random number within the published range for that competition. Numbers cannot be transferred and are allocated only after payment is confirmed.
5. Draw and winner
Competitions have no closing deadline, countdown or fixed draw date. A draw happens only after every published entry has been filled. One winning number is then selected at random during a Facebook Live broadcast. The winning result will also be published on the CainzComps website.
6. Promoter details
Promoter company number, registered office and contact details must be inserted before launch.
