Draft operating terms — have these reviewed by a UK solicitor before accepting public entries.
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding CainzComps employees, contractors and their immediate families.
2. How to enter
Entrants must answer the stated skill question correctly and complete either the £2 online entry route or the free postal entry route. One valid entry is permitted per person.
3. Free postal entry
Send your full name, date of birth, postal address, email, phone number, competition name and answer on an unenclosed postcard to the promoter address published here before the 1,000-entry limit is reached. One entry per postcard; standard postage applies.
4. Ticket allocation
Valid entries receive one unique ticket number between 0001 and 1000. Numbers cannot be transferred and are allocated only after payment is confirmed or a valid postal entry is processed.
5. Draw and winner
There is no countdown or fixed draw date. The competition closes as soon as 1,000 valid entries have been allocated. One winning number is then selected at random during a Facebook Live broadcast. The winning result will also be published on the CainzComps website.
6. Promoter details
Promoter company number, registered office and contact details must be inserted before launch.
