Information we collect
We collect the contact and transaction information required to administer entries, take payment, prevent fraud, contact winners and meet legal obligations.
How we use it
Entry data is used to fulfil the competition contract. Marketing communications are sent only where consent or another lawful basis applies.
Service providers
Payments, email delivery and operational records may be processed by Stripe, an email delivery provider, Google Workspace and our hosting provider under appropriate agreements.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only as long as necessary for competition administration, accounting and legal claims. UK data protection rights include access, correction, erasure and objection where applicable.
